QC teams in each factory are responsible for controlling products’ quality throughout each phase of production procedure from inline to packing.

A QA team is directly under Board of Director, taking control all over the whole production procedure.

QA stages:

·         Fabric inspection based on 4 Point System, including light box for colour shade differentiation and scale for fabric weight verification.

·         Trims inspection based on Standard AQL 1.5.

·         100% inline product inspection. Pre-final inspection based on Standard AQL 2.5.

·         Quality assurance in accordance with REACH Standard (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals), associated with restriction of using PFOA (Preflourooctanoic acid).
